Work day 1 - I hop on the S-train to work and it all goes very smoothly, even after getting a bratwurst breakfast I'm at the client by 08:00. I see the delegates also arriving, and everything is set up, including a pass for me so I can get in the doors :)
We have 9 delegates from 8 different countries, including a Belgian who was on my Paris course in January. None is German, so not too much local knowledge here.
Service Transition is not the easiest course to teach (or be taught) but all is on schedule by end of day 1.

Wilkommen zu Microsoft Deutscheland

I head to the HofBrahaus (royal brewery)
with Roman the Ukrainian delegate,
who sampled it yesterday. The
picture above is actually Peterkirche,
which I mixed up with the town
hall yesterday, so I'll be up
those 308 steps soon.
Mind you I am German on my mother's father's side.
Prost!
After 3 litres each (more than I've ever drunk
in a whole year before), lots of talking and
snacking, we retire for the evening.
It was a fabulous session but I couldn't
(and shouldn't) do it often.
