Salisbury

Another day, another drive into the country :)

Kristina drove all the way to Salisbury (after my initial less-than-helpful map-reading getting along the A303/A30) and we planned the circular walk starting at Old Salem and taking in Salisbury.

We saw lots of light aircraft,

micro-lites and parachutists.

with lots of butterflies

A 'red admiral' waits long enough for a photo

This one landed at my feet.

It's a 'speckled wood'.

East towards Salisbury on a raised walkway

Swans like to rest a leg when they can

No, just an old electrical box

After a long walk we rested at the car

for a while then headed to Bulford

to revisit my old primary school.
