Turkish Delights

Just to round off my tales from Turkey, here are (some of) the souvenirs I just had to bring back with me.

Backgammon set (outside) - you see lots of these
in various cafes but as I was billy-no-mates I
didn't get to actually try a game out there.

Inside view - must actually get this out
soon and (after re-learning the rules)
have a game or three.

The nearest thing to a carpet I bought was
this fabulous bag with various Turkish
motifs on it - partly I liked the bag itself,
and partly I needed it!

Just a few things to bring back with me :)
I checked the bag in at the airport and the
total baggage weight was EXACTLY
20.0 kg - result

Detailing on my fabulous jacket which
is awesome even though
a) it's a little warm and
b) makes me look German
c) from the 1970s

One of two superb cushion covers -
both with similar purple and cream
to match our feature walls
