Today was a mini-adventure around the Southampton and Fareham as Tom's ambition to repair every TV or similar electronic consumer good item in the land gathers pace.
First we popped down to Eastleigh near Southampton, and after a little driving around found venue #1, where we acquired a PS3 and a surround sound system. We then drove behind the guy who pedalled to his girlfriend's place so we could obtain a free gargantuan projection TV which fitted snugly in the cavernous rear of TB2.
We regretted not having the camera for this step as it seemed like some mission from Grand Theft Auto. Next time: always take the camera!
The second venue was also a bit of a mission as the address was close but not exactly correct. We there obtained a more reasonably-sized 32" TV.
That done, we returned home.
My turquoise hair colour has almost entirely faded now, but there was more chromatic craziness to be had.
