Back up at Oxford

We return to Oxford with our friend (and Kristina's colleague)
Luke, who kindly takes a few pictures of us.

We hoped to pop into Carluccio's
but sadly it was closed!
But they did have this
enormous map of Britain.

It took a while to get into the underground car park
as the red lights caused me to stop, when actually
you were supposed drive NEARER so they turned
green. Very odd. We parked next to one of two
E-type Jaguars.

We ate at La Tasca.
There was just enough food :)

Notice anything unusual -
apart from how gorgeous we are?

Yes! I have turquoise hair.
Makes me look like Jack Frost.
I love it.

Hair in preparation.
Sadly loses lot of colour
when rinsed

Oxford Castle

Christchurch - and HORDES of other tourists

Not seen so many students in one place before

We sat here and watch various punts,
pedal-boats and rowing-boats go past,
some more expertly steered than others

Dreaming spires

Opposite here we find a great craft/antiques shop
and a fabulous coffee/cake shop.
We resist purchases in both places - this time.

Radcliffe Camera building -
I get the fridge magnet :)

At a final coffee stop, we spot
another possible adventure

We return to the car park and drive home
- but not in this car, sadly
