More training of both kinds

Popped up to the gym again last night (or was it the night before? I lose track if I don't blog the same day. Ah yes it WAS yesterday - that was the fruit day and Mexican evening).

Back on gym equipment and worked my way up from 3 'things' to 5 'things' on the machine. One 'thing' higher than the first. Dumbells from 5 lb weights to 15lb.

I'm definitely feeling it. And appeared 1kg lighter. Either that or I'm seeing funny.

RCV Day 4
08:30 set up – Change Manager is here followed by the Helpdesk Manager

Nice chat with the Mr Change who says he asked for a schedule of courses some month ago, but our office said we could come back to Riyadh and give local training. I think he was a little disappointed as had wanted to focus on course and not be distracted by work.

09:45 Finished Evaluation and Knowledge Management apart from the two assignments

After doing those assignments and the Roles & Responsibilities section we did the last 2 Qs on mock paper1 after lunch – the delegates participated and did quite well. We also start the Technology/Tools/Evaluation section.

12:00 Lunch – wandered out this lunchtime for the first time and was assaulted by the mid-day heat. The local restaurant didn’t open until 12:30 so I got a sandwich as might not have had enough time.

13:30 Lunch continues as no one has returned yet. I could have been in the restaurant! The reason is: more RFCs! How ironic that my ITIL theory is interrupted by ITIL reality.

We completed most of the Technology part today; then did mock2 Qs 1-4 today to leave Qs 5-8 in the morning. Helpdesk Manager and Problem Manager did quite well by themselves. Things are looking up.

Had an early dinner around 17:00 to leave time for...

Going back to the gym yet again. Worked my way up from 3 'things' to 6 'things' on the machine. Dumbells from 15 lb weights to 25lb. That's because someone's removed the 2.5lb ones so I started from 10lb instead of 5lb, as I was counting from the left. Doh!

Just under 94Kg. Too much eating out and not enough cooking for myself/others, even before coming out here. Hey ho we have to start from where we are, innit?
